The address signs are available at Lincoln volunteer fire department.
You will need to contact them at (270) 286-4222.
They will need to know your physical address and specifics for your sign
It is a $15 charge paid to the fire department.

Yes – It is the responsibility of the property seller to disclose the HOA information to a potential buyer and it should be included to the buyer before and during at an official property closing

Cave Hollow Bay Homeowners’ Association (NO space in HOMEOWNERS) You must be a listed property owner at the Edmonson County PVA to access this page (If you have concerns of
someone that is not a property owner, please make the CHB HOA aware – it is difficult to
monitor as the CHB HOA cannot control the possibility of cloned accounts.

posted information – CHB official business will not made available through Facebook - is not an
appropriate place for official information.
